Dr. Venugopal Patnam
Principal Dentist/Director/Implant Surgeon
Dr. Venugopal Patnam qualified in dentistry in India in 1999. He has completed a full-time Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Clinical Sciences at The Royal London School of Medicine & Dentistry, University of London and passed the Overseas Registration Examination set by the General Dental Council.
In addition, Dr. Ven Patnam has qualifications in Implant dentistry from the UK and has completed the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry National Sedation Course for dentists in Norwich UK.
Dr.Ruth Skinner
Dr. Ruth Skinner, qualified from Guys Kings and St Thomas’ School of Dentistry in London in 2007. She returned home to Norfolk to complete her vocational training and consolidated her general dental practitioner role with a further year as an associate.
She spent a couple of inspiring years back in London working as a Senior House Officer and developed a special interest in Oral Surgery, working in District General Hospitals and currently maintains this interest working part-time as a specialty doctor at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital. Over the years she has worked in dental practices alongside this special interest and is able to provide sedation to nervous patients as an emergency dentist Norwich.
Dr. Demetrio
Dr Demetrio Milea qualified as a dentist at the University of Messina, in Italy, in 2016. He worked in private practice in Italy and moved to the UK in 2019.
Dr Milea provides all kinds of general dentistry, including fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions and dentures. Dr Milea likes to put patients at ease and to make their experience in a dental practice as comfortable as possible. His aim is to offer the best quality of dental care to his patients. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, cooking and travelling.
Dr. Swapna Reddy
Dr. Reddy graduated in 2002 in India and, after gaining a few years of experience, relocated to the UK. She completed her Overseas Registration Exam in 2012 and trained in Newcastle Upon Tyne for five years before moving to Norwich with her family in 2017, joining Pearl Dental Surgery, where she has been working ever since as a Norwich dentist.
Dr. Reddy holds a postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry and is a certified Invisalign treatment provider. She offers composite bonding and has a special interest in Endodontics, as well as treating nervous patients. Dr. Reddy is dedicated to achieving a high standard of patient care and is committed to a long-term career at Pearl Dental Surgery with her teeth whitening Norwich expertise. She lives near the clinic with her family, and her husband is a Consultant Microbiologist at Norwich and Norfolk University Hospitals. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and drawing pencil sketches.
Anas Shoydab
Dr Anas Shoydab is an experienced dentist with over 13 years in clinical practice and dental education. He earned his DDS from Damascus University and an MSc in Clinical Practice from Queen Mary University of London, where he also lectured and gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Teaching.
Currently an associate dentist, Dr Shoydab is known for his advanced expertise and warm, patient-focused approach. Outside the clinic, he enjoys sports and travel.

Dr. Daniele Violet graduated with a degree in Dentistry from the University of Turin in Italy in 2008 and has since cultivated a keen interest in prosthodontics and endodontics. With extensive experience in these areas, he is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to all patients with dental care Norwich.
In 2021, Daniele completed a Graduate Diploma in Management at the London School of Economics (LSE), with a particular focus on strategy and game theory, adding a unique perspective to the practice. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys reading books, spending quality time with family and friends, and playing music, finding balance between professional and personal passions.

Jitteena Thomas is an overseas dentist who obtained her degree from Rajiv Gandhi University in India. With a passion for oral health care, she has transitioned her career to the United Kingdom, where she now serve as a dental hygienist and therapist with dentists in Norwich.
She is dedicated in providing quality dental care and commitment to continuous learning in dentistry. She strives to promote oral health awareness and deliver exceptional patient care in her practice.
Francesca Dingle
Francesca qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist from Queen Mary University of London in 2023.
She previously worked as a Qualified Dental Nurse and she has an additional qualification in Oral Health Education NEBDN Level 4 Certificate.
Francesca has a great attention to detail and enjoys all aspects of Dental Hygiene- especially working on patients with more complex cases.
Equally she loves delivering high quality everyday maintenance cleans including with Airflow.
Deepa Kharal
Deepa Kharal is Overseas qualified dentist in 2018 from
Tribhuvan University ,Nepal. After working in Nepal she moved to the Uk in 2020 with herfamily.
Deepa has a strong passion for educating patients in oral
health and strives to deliver exceptional patient care. Whilst working patient’s comfort and safety is always Deepa’s first priority. Apart from dentistry Deepa loves spending time with her friends and family.
